Arnica Gel or the plant itself

I don't know who has heard of Arnica, but it can work miracles. Some friends of mines son broke his leg and couldn't do anything for 6 week, but the lady put Arnica on her sons leg and it healed in 3 weeks. Arnica can be very toxic if swallowed, so try to do some research online before use. But, to avoid having to order the plant from a herbal store which could cost a lot, you can get Arnica gel. The gel works very well, but still toxic, so try to avoid letting children have it. Or, it depends where you live, you can go pick it out of your yard and make a tincture out of it.  The Arnica Plant
Like the Plantain Tincture, you just combine the Arnica and Alcohol together and let it sit for 6 weeks (Make sure to label the Mason Jar of the day you made it to the day it is done). Well, I hope this was useful!
